The virus hasn't hit any in our family and the local health unit hasn't had a positive case since mid=May. We're being careful and I spend my weekends sewing masks for friends and family.

Yay for homemade masks. I don't sew, so I've been ordering the commercial ones and just throwing them in the laundry. I have quite the collection by now. Plus, a mask from Etsy I couldn't resist is on its way via Canada Post.
It has a woodcut-style image of one of those medieval plague doctors, and the slogan, "Party like it's 1347". I howled with laughter and knew I had to buy one. It's either laugh or cry, right?
