i can relate to this a lot :/ it's hard. sometime the most 'sincere' person ends up being the most toxic. as they say the road to hell was paved with 'good intentions'.

i think the first step is to work on you and your goals (but that's obvious lol) and i think everything else will manifest itself in time :)
