Work or lack there off
So found out today I have to start looking for a new job come end of December. This really sucks. Need a job from Jan-June. Yeah not going to be fun. Will be talking to the family and see if I can be done in early November instead. Will be impossible to find a retail job in Jan. Friday July 30th ...
VERY long day. Up at 5:30 full day of work. When I got home we packed, I did some cleaning. Finally was able to collapse in bed around 1:00am.
Saturday July 31st

Died and gone to hell
This is torture.
On a bus with 22 kids in route to pick up more kids from another park then to the zoo.
God music blaring from the speakers, bass is too high and station isn't coming in very well.
Oh and its all read 80f and 90% humidity and its only 9:30.
I will be mega happy when 1:30 comes around and this torture is over.

ottermama is now home. No real diagnoses. Hypertension and stomach irratation.
Follow up with doctor and scripts out the wazoo.

Managed to make it to work with a bit of time to spare :)
I think I have found a wonderful fit for me in the kitchen. Great women to work with in a comfortable environment :) Kitchen designed for the vertically challenged:)
Thank goodness for the I Phone, google maps and current location!

New Job morning jitters
Morning is off to a rocky start. Allergies are in full gear to sleep I had to take benadryl.
Left the house early enough (so I thought) to catch 2 busses to make sure I would be early.Waiting for bus 3 as the other two never showed up. This one will hopefully get me there in the nick of time.
Bad news to show up late to first day on job.

birthday
Woke up to several Birthday wishes on Facebook.
Had a special and fun birthday. Nice guy at Just Indulge gave me apple pie custard and a box of assorted chocolate goodness. So sweet and unexpected!
Had fun with the 2&4 yr olds decorating bug cakes.
After work went to Cozy Diner for some split pea soup and my favorite salad (mixed greens, blue cheese ( Read more... )
