OMG. The Gobbler is just... *shivers*. You know I would TOTALLY have gone there. I have never quite understood the idea of having carpet on the walls, though. I sent the link to Crow and Jenn so they can see it, too. Did you ever stay there or was it closed when you were in WI?

I would definitely had gone to the Gobbler if I had been older in the 70's. sadly no I never did get there. It was Knight's Inn when I lived there and I had no idea it had such a ahem colorful past.
