I just finished all of Buffy and all of Angel. 45 minutes at a time. While on a treadmill. Took me about...6 months?

I tried to watch all of "Miami Vice" but had to tap out after like the third season.

I started on Spectacle, but I'm not sure it's the best treadmill show.

Spectacle does look intriguing. Miami Vice is another show I've heard about but not seen. Am I ready? I must admit to some doubts.

It's mostly craptastic but there are some really good/surprising guest stars and music.

Aha! I had been meaning to see the rest of Extras! Somehow the IT crowd failed to grab me but it may just have been a mood thing.
