Galavant didn't do much for me either.

I am very leery about The Princess Bride since I thought the version I saw on Broadway was so splendid.

The movie is one of my favorites of all time. The book.... eh. It's very well-written, but it's got a smug, bitter cynicism that the movie lacks. One of the few cases where I think the movie adaption is better.
