You built your original carport?! ::is impressed:: I have an old dog pen I need to get rid of, but just taking it down is too intimidating for me. I certainly never could have built it in the first place.
Well, we set a framwork of piping in concrete and threw a tarp over the top, if you call that building a carport. The replcement is basically the same thing, except professional and much sturdier and better-looking.
You know, in my day, you went to the dentist for a cleaning and exam as one thing. Now, it seems, you have to specify you want both? Like, in what situation would I want one and not the other? (I suppose if I went every 3-6 months the exam could be skipped occasionally, but since I go once a year, I want both.)

We had grapes out the wazoo when I was a kid. I wish that when we'd moved from my childhood home I'd thought to take some cuttings, since along with the ordinary red grapes Dad had a couple of vines that had teeny tiny pea-sized seedless green grapes. We always thought we'd gotten a defective Thompson Seedless, never having seen such tiny grapes before. But many years later, lo and behold, teeny seedless green or black grapes started showing up in Trader Joe's under the name of currents or champagne grapes. So apparently our defective grapevine was a thing...
