I dislike the B/A in s8 because it degrades both characters. To be honest, I'd prefer Buffy to end up with Satsu, and I don't understand the need to bash other people. (I've only heard about the bashing, not gone looking for it, nor intend doing so. *hides in own LJ*

I can see being happy because your OTP is together. OTOH, I'd be really nervous about what Joss is up to because... Joss doesn't do happy.

(Shadowkat67 wrote a really, really interesting analysis of how Joss's non-BtVS work and interests have been influencing the comics over in my DW journal - I hope she posts it in her own, because it really maeks sense of a lot of the WTF elements.)

As usual, I've clearly missed something. I take it the Shippinator Armies are at it again.

My thoughts: I've read my share of vampire porn and enjoyed most of it, including plenty that featured Buffy and Angel together. But the most recent comic was just--ew. Except where it was silly, which was fine with me. I like silly. If it had gone for more silliness and less of what the creators apparently considered sexy, IMO it would have worked a lot better.

It's funny, I can't even articulate yet why I found it so deeply unsexy. Nevertheless, ew.

I suspect that they're not in their right minds, (at least I really, really hope Angel is not in his right mind) and I don't like alien sex pollen plots - too many consent issues for me. :/
