No fun in the sun and Leg Pain

Well I have been trying to get to the bottom of a spot on my leg that has been about since about April of this year. So far a topical medicine was tried after a biopsy that was taken in two spots of the thing on my leg. Now that the topical did not work they took two more biopsy samples of it that were an inch deep now and about 1/4 diameter. So ( Read more... )

ouch. I hope that you heal quick and this turns out to be nothing major. Take care and stay out of that evil sun ( I burn like hell too )

Trust me I am hopeing the same thing. Once off the medicine I should not have issues with the sun. Till then I guess my tan will go away. Oh wait it is cold over here now and my tan will start going away anyways.

out of curiousity, what is the name of the perscription? I was on an antibiotic with the same warning, once. make sure you always take it with food, OMG. Anyway, I hope they find out what's wrong soon! Oh! I think i found a legging pattern for you! It's McCall's which is a dollar this week at JoAnn's, too!

Minocycline. Say to not take with food or milk. So far a glass of water as said has been good for me. Gotta take another soon. I get two a day.

Hrmmmm.... I will have to see it.

Not the same as what I had, but the same warnings. Milk will make it ineffective. Don't take it with food, but for the love of all things holy, do not take it on an empty stomach. Trust me. I've been sick on more than one occassion because of that. They're a strong antibiotic. Your stomach will thank you, even if it's just some cookies an hour before you take the medicine or something.

I would give you the number and let you look, but damnit, their website is listing something totally different under that number. I'll have to check the catalog again and see which one it is. O.o I have it written down as 5390 but their site says that's not the same thing. Boo. If you tell me your size, I'll just drop the $1 tomorrow when I buy some others (if they have it). That way you either have the right thing for $1, yay, or I have an extra $1 pattern for my collection and I don't mind.
