She was lucky, because I would have embarassed the hell out of Mike by slapping that woman right in the damn store. She had no right to put her hands on you. I'm with you on the personal bubble and space stuff. The fact was she was acting like a complete class-less ass when she was in the bank, but then she took it so far again as to confront you and put her hands on you.
