whaaa? well i don't have any problem with it, the server works fine. but if you want me to, i can submit a ticket at the help desk and try to sort this out. how long has this been going on? what's the error? i'll need those to submit the ticket. soooooooooo sorry to bother you ;_;

in the meantime if you still have problems retrieving e-mails from the server i think you can go to http://micro-cuts.org/webmail and log in with your full e-mail address as the username and ofcourse your password.
