And I haven't written many crossovers lately, excepting that one which I WILL FINISH SOMEDAY PEOPLE I PROMISE.

paul ballard (dollhouse), sydney bristow (alias), and barney stinson (himym) have to save the world. paul and sydney are a crack team, but barney tends to slow them down, since he can't throw a punch. on the upside, they're all okay with his superhero uniform requirement of a 3-piece suit.
basically their plan is for barney to hit on some girls to gain information, and then when he's off
sleeping with them sydney and paul get down to the real world-savage.
it works out pretty well.
2 and 4 are stuck on a desert island. What happens next?
charlotte charles (pushing daisies) and merlin emrys (merlin) are stuck! the world implodes with all the adorablility.
um, or rather chuck makes them a raft and merlin uses magic to create a wind that will push them wherever they need to go, and they sail happily back to shore.

ten (doctor who) and river tam (firefly) play chess. it is the MOST EPIC GAME EVER. ten is wildly impressed with river's genius, for one thing, and appreciates the challenge of trying to plan a move without consciously thinking of it so she can't see it coming.
ten wins in the end, but river asks to play 2/3 and who knows how the other two games go!

merlin emrys (merlin) and veronica mars go on a road trip to london, because they can.
merlin spends the whole time trying to convince veronica (who's driving) that he can actually do magic, but she keeps finding alternative logical explanations for everything.
7, 9, and 1 vacation together. Where do they go and what happens?sydney bristow (alias), barney stinson (himym), and doctor horrible go on vacation. they go to ibiza, because sydney's very familiar with international countries based on all her spy missions, and because barney determines the language barrier will be a way for doctor horrible ( ... )

the tenth doctor (doctor who) and sydney bristow (alias) rob a bank to obtain a certain diamond in a highly guarded safe deposit box, because without the diamond the doctor cannot build a device that will save the world from imploding, since the KGB got bored and watched doctor strangelove one day, or something.
veronica mars shows up to stop them, but she isn't really much of a match for the other two. since the doctor and syndey escaped using the TARDIS, her stakeout of the bank yields no results.

doctor horrible, charlotte charles (pushing daisies), and the tenth doctor (doctor who)? it's pretty much the most awkward thing ever. billy's rather bumbling (he thinks charlotte is entirely adorable, but he's too shy to say anything), for one thing.
...you know, the whole thing probably started when billy convinced the doctor to show him how to work his sonic screwdriver, and the doctor mistook the request as innuendo... : )

paul ballard (dollhouse) realizes he's merlin emry (merlin)'s older brother. paul doesn't tell merlin, because he's too deeply involved in hunting down echo/working in the dollhouse (depending on when this takes place), and he doesn't want to get merlin in danger. instead he basically stalks merlin. but, you know, in a kind of sweet and brotherly way.

SO TRUE. and accidental puns, and then people look at you funny/roll their eyes when you point them out!
paul is such a stalker! like, he has redeeming qualities, and this is nothing like edward cullen stalkage or whatnot. but he's totally a stalker! he's just a little too intense and anti social and you KNOW he likes the whole secret agent feel of it. : )

If 7 and 2 were entrusted with a key that would open doors to other galaxies, what would they do with it?
if sydney bristow (alias) and charlotte charles where entrusted with a galaxy-accessing key, they would probably go exploring until they (inevitably) found trouble and sydney worked to get them out of it. though sydney might have a hard time hiding the keys from the government/whoever she's working for these days...
Also, if 1 and 10 were forced to run a three-legged race together, what would happen?
it would be amazing! though, considering this is veronica mars and doctor horrible, they would probably lose. i'm not sure how much coordination the doctor possesses... : )
on a very unrelated note, i got a bit more of my fic done yesterday! i'm going to see if i can maybe finish it off this weekend (ideallly...). if i do, would you still be interested in beta-ing?

i mean i still might not get it done--but i've written more dialogue, and i haven't done that in a few months, and it really doesn't need that much more, so i'm hopeful. : )
