I was a terrorist.

I helped kill dozens of innocent people and probably hundreds of others in order to free Japan from the oppression of the Britannian Empire. I'd do it again, too. I don't regret it, because I did it for the country, family and friends that I loved.

That's all I have to say.

I try to understand them. Sometimes. I mean, the people I killed. I know they had families, friends and people they loved, too. But if I never knew them, how can I really feel that weight? I can cry for the Japanese, but I can't bring myself to cry for them.

Cry for the necessity of slaying them, if you must weep. But you can't mourn for your enemies like that.... not in that kind of war, anyway.

Just remember that when Humanity wars with itself it is diminished.

I have a friend who understood that.

He strove for peace we all wanted, and in the end, he got it. Even without my help. Maybe that's something I regret more than all the killing I did.

I'm half Japanese. I'm a member of the Black Knights. Before that, before we were "knights for justice," we did a lot of terrible things just to do damage and strike fear into the Brtannians that ruled our country. Zero gave us a real path, a real way to free Japan, but before that… it was harder. We did whatever we could.

If I did, I never would have stuck with it to the end.

I was too deep in it to second guess myself. People were already dead, and more would die. That's something I had to accept if I wanted to finish what I started.
