Uh, sort of? My aging G4 has maybe another year of life in it and after that I've no idea. I have 240 GB worth of storage, total, but I'm down to roughly my last 10 GB of free space. I don't foresee a new computer anytime soon, with the Macs I'd need a dual-processor Intel machine to be able to use OS 10.5 or higher. Still, I bet I could get a 2.5 GHz dual-processor PowerPC G5 with a few hundred GB of storage for somewhere in the $250 to $600 range. Monitors are still expensive, and the pin balance on the one I'm using will likely fail before the New Year.
