Rukia/Renji is exciting news, but perhaps everyone's just puzzled that telophase passed up the chance to have a poll asking what it should be. Was Sanzo/Mello too obvious a choice? Real People Slash is Just Wrong, so it wouldn't even be reasonable to suggest including Harlan E / Mortally Offended Saiyuki Voice Actor Greg Ayres on the poll, even in the interests of exploring whether there is a state beyond mortally offended

That's mostly 'cos I basically made big puppy eyes at them and talked about what a glorious pairing Rukia/Renji is and how I've always wanted fic for it that would utilise every slash cliche ever and O, if only I happened to know a writer and/or manga artist who was into Bleach and liked slash and knew what I was talking about when I said Rukia/Renji had a totally slashy dynamic -- oh, do you mean that? Really? A doujin? Oh well, if you think you'll have the time ... (DO IT DO IT DO IT)
