I’ve been meaning to write this up for a while, ever since I pulled it off a dusty Little Tokyo shelf and bought it for a quarter, but it’s hard to do it justice ( Read more... )

and so infecting himself with a fatal venereal disease, and then presenting himself to his enemy as a catamite. But he rejoices at the success of his plan, even though it gets him tortured to death.

I'm imagining a sequel to that one Ninja Batman AU comic now.

..... It's totally awesome.

For other kinds of Secret History:

Google on "Heribert Illig" for the story of how and why almost three hundred years of European history were forged.

Google on "lizards" and "hollow Earth."

During World War II, for example, the Japanese high command had ninja-trained troops deployed to assassinate General Douglas MacArthur

Now just combine that with papersky's latest poem about MacArthur in fairyland...

Although I also like the idea of ninja businessmen, with an incredibly dull meeting in a little hot and stuffy room that puts everyone to sleep, then a powerpoint slide "Now You Die!" and sudden action erupting.

All the book reviews you give are so wonderful and so many sound interesting. Not having the energy to read is why I don't post to your book reviews. I know I won't be able to read the books so I don't feel I have anything to add.

I bought your book when it came out but have just been too tired to get through it. *sad face* What I did read was so well written I felt I could see you in those scenes. I give it two thumbs up and have recommended it to others.

Hugs, Christina

Maybe one day. I love to read and do miss it.

Can you listen to books on tape or CD?

Hi Rachel,

Yes, I can listen to audio books. In fact that is how I have "read" the Harry Potter books. I don't have any others on CD format though. Is yours on CD?

Hugs, Christina
