Apparantly, she had a salon open up last night after she returned to LA from her 2 hours in a Bahamian rehab facility and proceeded to straight shave her own head. Then she went to a tattoo parlor and the guy her did her new tats asked her why she shaved her head. She said, "I didn't want anyone touching me. I'm tired of everyone always touching me." or some other crazy thing like that. She got a tattoo of some lips on her wrist and a cross on one of her hips.

I seriously think she's got some really REALLY serious post-partum depression that she has been self-medicating...
