On Glee, I have to say, I'm not quite hooked yet, though the show is interesting (and I love Sue and her rivalry with Will); but that's probably because it's not the kind of show that I usually watch. I'm more into shows like Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Supernatural.
And I hadn't really thought much about giving all the lead performances and plot points to the white and straight boy and girl, but you're right. I hope that changes. It would really suck if all the diversity in the cast was just put there as a sort of background so the producers could say, "Look at how diverse our cast is!"
Anyway, hopefully that will change, and hopefully as the show progresses, some of the other characters will get their own subplots and play a part in the main one. Especially since those characters are more interesting to me at the moment than the main ones.

*nods* Yes, it would suck a lot if they do that. Especially because it's like you said, the supporting characters are definitely more interesting to me than the main ones (save Will, maybe. And Emma. If she counts as one)

Also the dude just totally used up any cool points he might have had, his performance this chapter was mildly funny but not at all impressive.

That is still a goddamn uncool name.
YES. YES. YES. Then again, I don't care about him (and Noah, by extension).
