This was great, and I loved what you did with the 'verse. The bit with the Empathia was wonderfully creepy! I also loved all of Neal's angst about whether Peter actually loved him or if it was just addiction. *hugs them both*

Thanks! I'm glad it turned out well - I'd alwys intended for Neal to be inside Peter's head at the end, but truthfully, him meeting his Empathia there was a late-game decision, LOL. I suppose I can call it an inspiration.

OMG! THIS! I love the Empatia series so much, so seing a new story in that verse made me squeeee... and one that explores P/N! *melts*

Oh, it is a beautiful tale of love above and beyond any conditions, even those as strong as the Empathia. I'm so glad Neal has finally realized that his life doesn't have to be controlled by his power, that there's so much more to this, so much more to learn and explore. A very valuable lesson and an amazing continuation of Neal's journey! Thank you so much! *hugs*

This is truly gorgeous.

I think my favorite part (other than straight up Peter!Whump) is the personification of the Empathia and the dialog with Neal.

It made me ache and cry. Brava!
