I haven't posted in this journal in forever, so I thought I'd give you all a little love. I don't know what I intend this entry to be just yet, but I have an idea forming in my head. Hang on, it may be a bumpy ride. Lately I've found myself yearning for a companion. Oh, I have companions in my life. I have a friend who I see quite frequently.

Animals are good friends sometimes. Although Simon sasses back a lot more than I would care for, he is still a good little guy. Yesterday morning when I was a weepy lump of self-loathing, he even came up onto the bed and cuddled WITHOUT BITING for 15 whole minutes.

Simon loves biting. He doesn't really break skin, it's just one of these "I am a predator and biting makes me happy!" moments. More of a love chomp.

I'm glad you have Vicky. She is adorable.
