Hi Ransom! I'm so sorry I forgot your birthday! I feel horrible, but I will make it up to you I promise! You do the wiggle-butt dance?! We call it squiggle-butt! When Maggie gets squiggle-butt (mostly when she has something she shouldn't,like a sock) all I have to do is say "Who's got squiggle-butt? Is my girl doing squiggle butt? You can't even stand still you're squiggling so hard!" and she squiggles so hard she falls over! It's so cute that she never gets in trouble for what ever she has snagged. But I think you guys planned it that way!
I'm very proud of you for being "Extra Careful and Protective" of your family! Nothing is scarier than a barking (snort!) and growling(giggle) Golden Retriever! (No, no, I'm not laughing! I'm serious! You guys are scary! But maybe you could not do the squiggle-butt dance when you attack!) You are growing up! So I'll send you kisses! Please keep posting!
Oh I LOVE to wiggle-squiggle-butt! I twist myself up in circles and it's really kinda funny looking (I'm told) because of how round I am in the first place.
Tell Maggie that I have an inappropriate interest in socks, too. I KNOW I'm not supposed to, but with all the young People around the House - especially my middle Sisters, there are socks and flipflops and things like that left out ALL the time. And they're so perfectly mouth-sized! So sometimes I forget and pick them up and carry them around. And then somebody will say "Leave it!" and Oops! I remember. And I feel bad, so I caper around and wiggle-squiggle and try to play a game that my Family will like.
(It's totally not planned, I swear!)
Squiggle-butt is for Family and daytime Visitors. Strange Noises and Possible Intruders at Night are NOT a joking matter. When I get raise the Alert I am Very Serious about that. (THEN it's time for wiggles and love-hugs and being made much of, after I have Elliminated the Threat.)
