Mmm, chocolate-covered pinecones!!r_a_l_i_g_hAugust 9 2006, 15:56:15 UTC
Fortunately, that's pretty much a non-issue out here in Oklahoma. We hardly have 3 pounds of pinecones in the entire state!
(Thanks! I'm SO glad I'm back at it. I was just dilly-dallying around for so long. I got signed up on SparkPeople. com [I'm raligh over there, too] and I LOVE it! It's free, and very user-friendly, and helps me keep track and stay motivated and focused on my goals, with very little effort.
My current short-term goal is to lose another 7 pounds by the end of the month, and I'm on this "bootcamp" challenge with the goal to lose 20-25 pounds between Aug. 1 and Oct. 31. - And it's actually kind of FUN!)
Huzzah, huzzah! I'm happy for you. We are going along the same road. Over the last two months I've lost two inches off my waist. I'm wearing pants I have not fit into for a long time. Continued success.

We'll see, but I'm pretty sure I can do it!

(Also? From Aug. 1 to Aug. 7, I had 5 hours and 12 minutes of cardio exercise! Now, some of that was walking the dog and such, but still!)
