David Denman (Roy from the office) played SKIP on Angel. The demon who engineered the painful Cordy demon/ascension plot. That's just bizarre. Not quite as bizarre as trying to reconcile Ethan Rayne with Sarris from Galaxy Quest, but still.

Going in with really really low expectations has helped. I'm rather enjoying it, thus far. However I would appreciate it if I didn't have to handwave every other plot element. Make it every third or every fourth! Just for a change! Seriously. WHY DOES THE DOLLHOUSE EXIST???

DUDE. Watched the first four minutes of Lie to Me. This is awesome! I just read about ALL this stuff in Blink (wonderful book btw totally recommend it). Microexpressions, way to tell if a relationship is dissolving, even Kato snarling like a dog - all right there!

Having looked into both Runaways and Fables I am now seriously wanting to collect some comics. I blame spectralbovine. And my mom.

My little brother might be getting a job working a bookstore coffeeshop. A potential discount to take advantage of without the constant temptation to spend my entire paycheck on all the pretty books around me? This is the dream.
