Getting some vibes that there are already some stressful undercurrents among work/timing/deadline/follow through issues with the team. Not a good sign, seeing as we haven't left yet and we'll have to spend a MONTH 'round the clock with each other!
How is this going? It sounds like this tension might be normal with so many people going on a big overseas trip (I know I get really nervous when I just travel-anywhere). With luck, everybody will be so happy and relieved to finally get on the plane, a lot of the issues will just disappear...at least for a while.
