So, the day is really over already, so instead of a "To Do" I'm going to post
27 Thoughts for Today
3 things I didn't get done in time
House cleaning (shame on me!)
Prescription pickup (it is open tomorrow, though)
Toning (my month was up yesterday - I've got to decide what to do for these next few weeks)
3 positive thoughts
Our brochure is done and everybody liked it!
I really like the cohesive look of all of us in matching outfits
The cowboy hats are actually kind of cute
3 negative thoughts
That being said, hats and me don't mix. Especially one-size-fits-all hats. Anybody know how to stretch a felt hat to be larger?
Getting some vibes that there are already some stressful undercurrents among work/timing/deadline/follow through issues with the team. Not a good sign, seeing as we haven't left yet and we'll have to spend a MONTH 'round the clock with each other!
If we're doing a line dance, I think Cotton-Eyed Joe is NOT the best choice. If only because there are plenty of songs with a lot more fun music.

E-NUN-CI-ATE!!!
We need to slow down AND speed up! Talk with less speed, but cut our content shorter
Eye contact and non-verbal communication/gestures
9 things I need to look for when I'm shopping
A dressy blouse/sweater/top in light purple or purple/black to go along with the tunics everybody else has.
Necklace to go with said dressy top, also one to go with maroon top, and one for black and cream sweater.
Long silk underwear in both black and white
SHOES! Comfortable casual ones, comfortable dressy ones, cute, slip-on ones for the host house (There's a Birkenstocks store down in the city, I may see what they have available)
3 things unrelated to the India trip
I filled up on gas for only $1.95 a gallon!
It was a BEAUTIFUL day today
My dog must have a death wish (this is connected to a long, rambling story, so you'll have to wait. Or maybe I'll get R_a_n_s_o_m to get on and tell you his own self. Eventually.)

What is the temperature range we should expect??!!? (I keep being told different figures, this is important to know before hand)
How will we arrange the laundry? (We have limited outfits and will need to wash clothes regularly, but I don't want to do a load for two or three tops and some pants)
HOW MANY HOST GIFTS DO WE NEED??? (I'm spending a considerable sum on this, I need to know!!!)
