So you remember how last March was rather tumultuous for my family?

Well, this time around is pretty busy, too.

(I'm just hoping it's not ushering in another spring-summer-fall combo like we had in 2008!)

That is awesome for your sister. I have always wanted to do that, and will sometime after college. So I feel really excited for her, even though I don't know her.

Sorry about your grandpa, that is rough. Nursing homes just are NOT staffed well enough to be able to turn patients like they need to be turned to avoid decub. ulcers. That's why I cannot work in one, you never feel like you are ever helping anyone.

Your sisters trip sounds fantastic! I bet she'll come back more passionate about the cause than ever.
