Heh. Not to say I'm not interested in your life, but I saw the double Doctor Who tags and was all "WHEEE! Fandom talk!" And then I was like, "Skim, skim, where is the Who?" And then you don't even tell me what episode you're watching... *wibbles*
You could teach some TV producers a thing or two about suspense. :)
It's nice that your grandparents are living so close to you now, but I could see how they could be stressing. Going to college was stressful for me and that was only 16 years in the same place and I wasn't shifting permanent residence. It must be nice that they are finally settling into the new place. I hope things calm down for all of you soon.
Truth be told, I WAS going to make a fan-squeeing post too, but then the real-life portion got kinda long and I KNEW I couldn't keep it short once I started, and it was approaching midnight, so I decided to end.
For the record, it was the first part of the two London Blitz S1 episodes "The Empty Child" aka "Hel-loooooo, Captain Jack!" (also know as yet another reason I will never, ever, ever have my children address me as "Mommy")

The problem is a) I don't have an awful lot of time on lj anymore b) I feel kind of stupid posting massive squee-posts about things that originally aired years ago.
