I really like how you show that this Hikaru is quite different due to the different circumstances. I enjoyed reading this chapter and I like how you incorporated so many different character views while still maintaining the flow of the piece. As always, it's the little details that really make this best and I look forward to seeing what will happen since it seems that things are about to heat up.

Great job, especially with the two updates in two days ^_^

Thank you! I've been working steadily on my fics, but it was coincidence they were ready so close together.

I love thinking on how the change in the timeline has affected all the characters.

This is pretty canon based, in many respects, and I can say with certainty that Sai will not be back.

wow. I'm so happy every time you update this story! Its an amazing character perspective, au or not. I'm always left feeling satisfied and yet wanting more. *grin* Accent on that more of course!

Wow. If I ever meet you in real life (it feels so weird to say that, "real life"), I want to buy you dinner and an ice cream cone. This chapter is long and in a way, I wanted to finish it-- but yet I didn't want it to end. I know, I'm strange.

"Waya, each game of Go is different. No one can predict the outcome; sometimes the favorite loses because he's having a bad day, sometimes someone manages to think outside the box enough to come up with something completely unexpected. I don't want to turn down a game because it might just contain the Hand of God." He turned around, and Waya was caught by the passion in his eyes. I can't get over how Hikaru's more mature in this, and things he say are more eloquent but yet still in character.

There's so much more I want to quote, but I'll end up telling the story back to you. Brilliant, as always, and I'll be waiting on edge for the next chapter.

Hikaru is more and less mature in this. I think he's a bit thicker about the emotional thing, and more ruthless in general.
