Strawberry salad

I got my first CSA box this week, and it contained mostly salad-y things. Wednesday night, I made a salad composed of arugula, mizuna, baby spinach, and garlic flowers, topped with chickpeas, strawberries and chèvre. Nik is allergic to vinegar. The challenge of having to work without vinnegar has probably made you a better salad-dressing maker. :) Mmmm, citrus juice is so yummy. Being pregnant has made me love lemon and lime!

Speaking of CSA's, we have a local farm that I will have to take you to someday if you come for a visit. I posted a blog entry about it this weekend, in fact. We went blueberry-picking there. (And I'm a little surprised that it didn't send me into labor. As of today I am officially in the plus-or-minus-two-weeks window!)
