I got my first CSA box this week, and it contained mostly salad-y things. Wednesday night, I made a salad composed of arugula, mizuna, baby spinach, and garlic flowers, topped with chickpeas, strawberries and chèvre. Nik is allergic to vinegar. Speaking of CSA's, we have a local farm that I will have to take you to someday if you come for a visit. I posted a blog entry about it this weekend, in fact. We went blueberry-picking there. (And I'm a little surprised that it didn't send me into labor. As of today I am officially in the plus-or-minus-two-weeks window!)
