ReverseBang #1 is GO! I worked with the fantastic museaway, who wrote the equally fantastic companion to my art, "The Flock". (The link is now working; GET THEE TO THE FIC!) Part case fic, part legend, a whole lotta brothers being brothers. Beautiful imagery, I highly recommend!

Hot damn, I've been waiting a long time to see this piece again! (I didn't know prompts got pulled down, so I'd save the image to stare at longingly.)

Quickreaver. So. A lot of people have been saying how amazing your prompt was, and I'm not going to be any different. xD

It's probably my favorite piece of SPN fanart that I have ever seen. Its so evocative of the 20th century masters, I felt like you, Edward Hopper had a night of drinking with Andrew Wyeth, and, while slightly intoxicated, Wyeth totally challenged you to a paint-off. And you were like, "here it is, bitches!" And lo, for it was good, you won.

Aside from having all of this time to headcanon your original prompt, it's still as powerful and beautiful as I remember it.

Your spot illustrations are also incredibly powerful. I love their portrait-style; their scientific-illustration feel. Something that one might find in the jottings of the men of letters files.

Wow, THANK YOU! I could just hug you to pudding over the Hopper/Wyeth paint-off! I adore both of those mofos and the 'mystique' of the American Gothic. Sometimes all the planets are in alignment and a painting works out. Doesn't happen often enough for my liking, but I think it might've happened here. :D (And now I've hexed myself and it'll never happen again...)

I loved this prompt (it was definitely on my list), with the sense of space and the infinity-sign birds and Sam and Dean alone together in a big landscape (also, you can never go wrong with Sam's hair blowing in the breeze). And the additional pieces are great, very creepy and intriguing.
