Ok, so technically this isn't quick because it is cooked in a slow cooker but it took me 5 minutes to prepare and came out very yummy! This is also a low fat and low calorie recipe with only 1.8 grams of fat and 233 calories per serving ( Read more... )

Hi there! I just found this community and am SO happy I did. This is one of my 'tried and trues' very quick and very easy . . . this serves four and doubles perfectly. :)
