I really get out of the habit of... internet a lot. Though a lot of my online time I spend on my phone- window shopping on amazon, and pestering people over IM though it seems like there are fewer and fewer people I feel like talking to. :( There's the awesome part where I am logged into chats 24/7 with my phone, friends in my pocket! I got a job at a seismic monitoring company doing... hard labor? Sort of like, surveying and hiking and carrying monitoring equipment out to the middle of nowhere. It's kinda hard to describe XP but it pays really well cos the hours are... all the time and it's oil related.

Things are objectively better it's just tough cos the job is really hard and I have been dealing with a toothache for almost two months (I was working for almost a month before I could go home, it's all traveling, and then it took 3 different dentists to actually figure out wtf was wrong with my tooth and which one, so I'm getting it pulled next week cos I can't afford a root canal cos I spent all the money just getting it diagnosed. bleh)

Though I am a complete stranger, I sympathize with your social interaction woes. I can't work, so I spend a ton of time online and it feels like I never have anyone to talk to. They're all like... working or something. So selfish omg. e_e; Also I think being less open is part of growing up. Which kind of sucks, but seems to be true.

I really hope that things settle down for you!

Man though I do know plenty of people who sit in front of computers all day for working (as I have done in the past also!) so NO EXCUSE

yeah I got lucky and got it when it was $1k, but it seems like they're always in short supply cos the MSRP is $1k but its always selling for about $1400.
