*LOVES YOU* Giselle was one of my faves to play. That was the very first thing I added to the roster for this event, and it was my baby. I'm glad folk had fun with it.
And I'm glad the compassion mod moved you. I know it upset a lot of characters in game, but that was part of it's point. Ledda isn't all giggles, she's a teacher for a reason *l*
I'm SO glad it turned out to be a good game for you!
When I think on my LARPing "career" so far, I think that these next few years are probably going to be some of the most awesome. Largely because I've now integrated into the LARPing community. Even though I retired my NERO PC last March, I haven't felt too much of a loss because I am staffing Madrigal and PCing 7V. Making even more friends, getting my creativity flowing, and having friends creativity flow back to me. It's like a bit group hug or something...
Come talk to me for background on the other side of Grace if you're so inclined. I like both sides myself - but might be able to help you get caught up.
I'm glad things turned around for you. You seemed exceptionally quiet Saturday when I saw you and I wasn't sure if it was you the person or Rune the character. It was cool when you opened up and we got into all the points about not fitting in you mentioned above. I love character centered RP like that.
THere were a lot of little things that improved my weekend from Saturday morning onward.
I made Rune a "jack of all trades" as it were, and sometimes that means that I don't make a natural fit to any one or two virtues. It surprised me to get a Compassion facet, but any facet is better than none at all!
I've agreed to take on setting up and taking down the Court of Morning Shrine/Altar/Thing, which I am taking on as an IG stewardship as well. A note that asked "Help me find a Virtue!" was left at the Shrine by an anonymous writer. I know that that person wasn't the only one struggling on where to find their path.
Maybe I should start a "Virtue-support" group for those students that are struggling....
No worries on the claw swipe! Frankly, I hadn't even phased me other than to marvel at being so close to a dangerous, dangerous creature. There are IG reasons Rune wanted to understand and relate to the creature. Yet, as much bossom-buddies as they may be, Rune still wouldn't want to meet Ragebeast in a dark alley. ;)

I, for one, would really like that. I was hoping talking to my advisor would make a path clearer, but it didn't really work out that way.
