[Hello citizens of the Gardens. Today is the day that this doctor has found herself here in your midst. And she is not pleased about it, oh no.]
[There is a dark scowl on her face as she addresses the mirror, a face that could have been quite beautiful if it wasn't for the huge scar running diagonally across it. Also if you happen to notice, the

[She frowns, because things just keep getting weirder and weirder.]
Nothing in life is 'free'; There is always a price to pay at the end of the line.

[She crosses her arms, clearly not getting it's not as simple as she thinks it is.]
That is, do you know of anyone suffering from a possibly lethal medical condition?
[...no one kidnaps her just to take her to a garden, after all.]

This whole fucking place reeks of estrogen and sunshine, probably be best if you get used to it now.

I don't particularly want to get used to it, actually. I will do my job if need be and then I will be happy to go.

Oh, there's no way out, my dear. [Kuja smiles.] All of us have our work to do or our destinies to fulfill, and most have our reasons not to be here, but not all the demands in the world will free you from this place. You might as well resign yourself, either to acceptance or resistance. You may find yourself an area or a residence without flowers, if they irk you so.
No one here has asked for your services, I'm sure, whatever they might be.

[Everyone keeps vaguely talking about things like she should know about them, but at the same time they don't tell her anything at all. Frankly it's getting irritating.]
Where are we and what is going on?!

Can you not read? Missives are provided, with the necessary information. Most who arrive have the sense to read them, or at least to ask for assistance politely.
There are many persons here, not only humans. They range from the weak and meek to the powerful and cruel. I myself am a poet, no warrior or monster, but I feel I should share that warning, as a kindness. [She likes introducing herself as a poet. It may be technically untrue, but she believes it, in a way.]

I stopped when things started to get absolutely ridiculous. That's a cute trick though, with the cats.
[Black Jack is a woman of science, and won't believe anything she hasn't seen for herself.]
Alright, madam poet, what do you mean by 'not only humans'? Unless dogs and monkeys suddenly gained rights within the last twenty-four hours, I don't remember anything being more dangerous than humanity.

None of us are here to do our own jobs, sorry to say.

[Those scrolls where rather vague and she probably stopped reading them halfway through.]

[ At least the queen seems to be pretty good at getting girls who aren't totally straight. ]

[That last word is said with a bit of disdain. Black Jack has never been nor ever will be a princess who needs to be swept off her feet. 'Romance' is a ridiculous concept.]
Maybe I should just move the clinic here. At least that would fulfill the building requirement.
