*Dido has found a box of christmas decorations, and, completely oblivious to any concept of the holiday itself, has managed to determine the proper way to function them (these new-fashioned electrical plugs are a godsend), and is now proceeding to string them up around the mansion, cheerfully teetering on a ladder as she hums merrily to herself.
