Snuck onto the internet at the family friend's place for a bit. In a turn of events that should actually surprise no one (but it always gets me EVERY TIME)--the situation is and was not ever going to be a bad one. They are a very nice couple and they've gone out of their way to make sure I know I'm welcome. Cue massive shame for my anti-social

...Hamlet is my favorite Shakespeare play. Yeah. Idek either... I just really loved it the first time I read it. I even got one of those Shakespeare to english versions of it when I was in HS. Ha! /failboating

We had a really awful winter this year, which is why there's still snow--and probably will be until it snows again next year. BUT! It is WAY THE HELL UP IN THE MOUNTAINS! Which is awesome and all that is good for my sanity.

Okay, I know it is as cold as fuckballs there most of the time, but damn...you live in a beautiful state. It is cold a lot here too but not nearly as pretty (okay, maybe in the U.P. it is as pretty but not in my part of the state). Alaska looks lovely, is what I am saying here.
