The Alaska State Fair has started up again (woot!)--we went yesterday, opening night, and already I have eaten almost half of my list of Must Have Fair Foods. As boring as it sounds, the parmesan garlic pretzel with cheese is right on the tippy top of the list. I might have another one today

(What I do to find good white collar fics is go to AO3 and click the pairing I want, then the Hits button so the fics with the most hits go to the top of the list. This is not ALWAYS accurate as to their goodness, but it's a good starting point.)
