I'm glad they at least TOLD you that was going to happen. My orthodontist just slapped them on and then months later when I was getting my teeth cleaned I casually mentioned to my dentist "Yeah, I don't know when these are coming off," and she was all, "Oh. Oh, I'm so sorry. Um. They aren't."

I was not crushed so much as pissed off that no one MENTIONED IT.

Valdez first, until LAAAATE Thursday night (Fri morning, essentially) when we fly to DC for five days and THEN Mexico. It's very confusing, bb, sorry!
