The plan for this evening is to get buzzed on baileys and watch the SPN finale (Yes, Finally, I Know, I Have Been Saving It, Shut Up) and plan is going swimmingly so far. Can I just say I want the fic where ( spoilery rambling run-on sentences happen? )

The sun was even prettier before i took the dogs for a walk, all bright pinkish red that sort of got smudged before i took the picture.

p.s. i just watched the last spn and I lolled SO HARD. I mean, part of it is bailey's and the rest is just. WHAT. pffffft.

The house is in a veeeeeeeeery expensive neighboorhood, but the owners bought the property/built the house before the multi-millionaires swooped in and took over the hillside. Not to say the house isn't gorgeous (it is) but there is no wait staff (le sigh).

I did enjoy Saminator chasing Sam in the woods, though. Mmmm, Saminator. Pity Sam's assimilated him back, I wanted more hawt badassery :(
And I think they should have left the Sam who remembered hell in shadows, seeing him was... a bit disappointing. Nothing that they could come up with, make up wise, could have compared to the horrors we could have imagined. I was far more impressed by him sitting in the dark. It was haunting. They should have left it that way. So much Sam. I approve.

Crowley's alive, so, yaye.

BUT WTF SHOW. AND OK, YES, I'LL ADMIT I LOVE CAS, CAS THE AWKWARD ANGEL, BUT I HATE ANYTHING HAVING TO DO WITH RELIGION AND GOD AND NOW THEY MADE MY ANGEL A GOD, HOW AM I SUPOSED TO KEEP ON LIKING HIM NOW???? HE'S... Y'KNOW, NOT-CAS.

Oh bb, I don't think Cas is being OOC so much as the souls are making him power-drunk (much the same way demon blood worked on Sam). I'm sure he will get over himself with the help of Dean and they'll both choke back manly tears and I will eyeroll and fastforward to the part where Sam and Dean stare soulfully at each other some more.

Re: Hell Sam, yeah, they could have filmed that better. I would have loved to see Hell!Sam back lit with lots of really up close jump-cuts like even Sam's dreamstate can't quite get a grip on what he looks like. Not that I know aaaaanything about filming.

Hopefully they will get over the god stuff, pleeeease.

LOL Really? That's so sweet! Our Sleeping Lady has no knight to watch after her, because he was brutally slain in battle! ...:D

It's the smallest light of hope I have, that the souls can be exorcised like demon black smoke out of him and he'll be back to being a baby in a trenchcoat :( But I keep my hope under control 'cos I know kripke and Co. ARE EVIL BASTARDS WHO LIKE TO TORTURE THEIR FANS AND EAT OUR HEARTS RAW FROM OUR OPEN CHESTS. Also, I was caught between wanting to punch Dean for yet again not trusting another brother, even if he was right, and shake Cas 'cos yeah, he was right all along but he can't work that juice, it'll eat him up, and ARGH, it all flashes back to Sam thinking Dean hated him and opening Lucifer's cage just this time Cas was actually right but he became... a god. PFFFFFFFRFTTTTTTTT ( ... )

I love Misha Collins dearly, but I could take or leave Castiel. And I feel BAD ABOUT IT, because yes, he's done so fucking much for them, but lately he's been behind every major headache they've had to deal with and I know it's my slash goggles talking but part of me keeps whining that if Cas would quit fucking things up, the boys would be settled down and picking out curtains. I KNOW THEY WOULDN'T REALLY, and if there was no Cas then Raphael would have taken over everything (but his/her motivation on starting the apocalypse has been kiiiiiind of weak, just saying ( ... )

I feel lucky in that I'm not entirely committed to either pairing, so I can jump for joy at Sam and Dean and their entirely canon love for each other (and every single time Kripke has helpfully pointed it out to the people who don't see it, which of course are people without eyes!) and I can weep with love for kitten-in-a-trenchcoat Cas who has fallen in love with Dean and doesn't have a clue what to do about that.

Also, if anyone has any "fun sex" recs, either pairing, I'd love that, cos I haven't read much SPN up until now, and what I have found is so angsty. I get it, it's canon, but still, I'm a curtainfic! girl at heart, so bring me smiles please

Anyway, I loved Sam's journey, and Dean's angst, and Crowley's delicious snark, and I get what happened to Cas. I love the idea that next year's big bad is not just some random devil/angel/demon/monster, but one that has heaps of emotional baggage and of course way too much history with the boys. Can't wait!

Also, did I mention I love Crowley? I love Crowley. End of. :D

Here is my Delicious tag for Supernatural fics. They're 99.999% Sam/Dean and .001% Sam/Dean/Cas, but I tend to go for the happier fic.

I loved that Sam's dreamstate MADE SENSE but was still abstract enough to be a dreamstate. Crowley gets all the best lines (except for Bobby this time around with the "I'm a paranoid SOB" &HEARTS FOREVER). And Dean sitting by Sam's bedside is just good for my soul.

Ugh, that finale. Honestly, Sam saved it for me. You know why XD

I thought Cas was more nu!Lucifer than anything. He was whiny like Lucifer, all woe is me nobody understands me, he exploded Raphael much like Lucifer exploded Cas (pretty sure they recycled that animation), and now he's all "bow down to me, bitches, my boots need a-licking" which what-the-fuck-ever, really.

And I was forced to ignore the crap out of Dean cos srsly? Cas breaks your brother and you're not cursing every molecule of his existence? He's all "I've now lost Sam" and only spares a glance when said Sam shows up to try save his ass after being in a coma? Dean needs to start pulling his weight in this relationship again!

They better bring the amulet back next season is all I'm sayin' cos this is killing me.

Oh Dean hates Cas plenty, and I'm sure he'll get over it too. What had me all headtilty was Sam...apparently...walking?...to where shit was going down? AND THE IMPALA FLIPPING OVER, NOT COOL WRITERS NOT COOL.

They'll bring the amulet back, show it to Cas, say "Hey, is it just me or is this God-finding amulet NOT GLOWING" and Cas will cry and eyes will roll.

LOL Yeah, I was confused by that too. I think we're supposed to assume he stole a car or borrowed one from Bobby. Personally, I think he took a bus. Just cos I might trust him with exact change but not the wheel of a car in his condition.

I approve of anything that makes Cas cry, this is true. *nods*

AND (I hate that I can't edit posts DX) first Sam breaks the Impala's window and it might've been in his head but it still hurt me and THEN they flip the poor thing over and smoosh it to death. I was appalled! Appalled, I tell you!
