How do you feel about WIPs? The Riotverse by jane_potter is an amazing AU of Star Trek Reboot. Basically: The Vulcans weren't the first to make contact with Earth. It was the Orions, who are slavers. Two hundred years later, there's a resistance, and a mish-mash crew, and absolutely NO PLAN. (Being updated pretty regularly now that NaNo's over with, and omg, this shit's good.)

There's also H50 fic (not a WIP) by janedavitt, a series called Sleepwalking. Also, anything that this woman writes that you watch? Psych, Sentinel, or her original fiction? Read it. Seriously. She's got a way with endings I absolutely envy. And with over five hundred works up on AO3, that's a lot of envy!

Also! For your Kradam or J2 or some-other-things-I'm-unfamiliar-with-but-they-sound-amazing needs: aramuin posted her Year in Fic in which there were LOTS OF THINGS TO READ.
