Okay, say...there were squiggly blue and red lines on the left 4th of your computer screne, but only when certain colors appeared on that side of the screen. This is damage, y/y? This isn't something that can be recalibrated or tweaked or wtfever? I'm stuck with it ( Read more... )

yup.
But I'm not sure it it's the monitor or graphc card. This happened with the laptops at work a few month ago, som of them suddenly had those colorful additions. I think (but I'm not sure) it was the display...

But either way it's not something i can fix, right? It only really bothers me when i'm watching shows on my laptop, and every time Sherlock wanders into the left hand side of the screen he gets blue/red squiggles on his face. I LIKE MY PRETTY, DAMMIT. D:

I wish I could help you, but my knowledge of computers is limited to turning them on and logging into the internet. *sadface*

But hey, this might cheer you up! I downloaded those three Sherlock episodes and mainlined them all in one go. I'M IN LOVE.

I don't KNOW! And yesterday it looked like my power chord was being iffy, which isn't necessarily surprising considering how it sort of...~fizzles, but I DO NOT WANT TO HAVE TO BUY A NEW ONE KTHNX.

Penny, when does Merlin come back? :(

It's not even all the time! It's only REALLY NOTICABLE when i'm watching Sherlock--then it's AWFUL. WHY PC WHY.

(I had that futzing thing for a while with my power chord jack. But that's because it was partially melted. :/)
