This is the way i see it: I'm married, hardcore, to about four different pairings (J2, Sam/Dean, Merlin/Arthur, and Fraser/RayK) but i have passionate flings with Pinto and Kradam etc. Pinto i read when i want to get that sort of intellectual high, and Kradam's for feeling sassy. But i always have my Boys. I'm never going to write Kradam or Pinto (probably), not when i have my Boys to play with. Reading other fandoms is to see what i could make work with my OTPs!
So maybe don't look at it as investing so much as...investigating!
Good to know somebody like this ep... it felt absolutely "meh" to me from beginning to end. Zombies are fun, but the plot was kinda horrible. Oh well. *hopes for next week*
*pouts* Okay, yes, well, we've already done zombies so no points there, and at times it felt just a little bit like 'THIS WILL BE IN THE SUPERNATURAL:X-BOX GAME' but still! The boys were having too much fun for me not to love it. ^_______________________^
It so freakin' killed me when Bobby pulled a gun on the boys. One the one hand, I get it. His (dead) wife is back, and he's maybe-kinda-sorta HAPPY, even though he knows this isn't going to end well, and I have nothing against a happy Bobby, mkay?! BUT... they really seem to be fucking with the "OMG-how-much-of-a-idiot-can-you-be?" Bobby which we all know and LOVE. First he goes and gambles with a WITCH. And then he goes and lets his entire town get invested with ZOMBIES. Like, WTF? He'd freakin' bitch-slap Sam and Dean if they did something that stupid, ya know? That's what Bobby does! I want "OMG-how-much-of-a-idiot-can-you-be?" Bobby back, because THIS Bobby is breaking my heart with all the "she's the love of my life. how many times do I have to kill her?" stuff. *flails*

Still, it's just a little scary how they're having Bobby seemingly disintegrate. Like, like, like... he's getting tired of taking care of our boys. And might do anything for his life/wife/legs back. Like, something that Lucifer might exploit to get Sam, or Zack might exploit to get to Dean... I don't know. It's just not sitting right with me. Kripke wouldn't turn Bobby into THIS without a reason, ya know? And Kripke is cruel like that. And I'm going to make myself cry if I keep thinking about this. *wibbles*
