So my football team lost, which obviously means no one is allowed to talk about footy for the next week. OK?? NO FOOTBALL FOR A WEEK. *sobs quietly* (I am in PHYSICAL PAIN.)
But THAT could be because I have started jogging. YUP. Because I am going to join the Australian Reserve Army - awwww yiss. I don't even care what the motherfuckers in Gen Kill

I am pretty sure our Army plays sports all day and then gets drunk. But this turning the humvee over bit intrigues me. I could be down with that. And jogging is NOT fun. It's evil and painful and I hate it. *whinge moan bitch*
My big baaaaaang is going so sloooooooowly. Gah. You may have it three months or however long it is before they go live. Three months at least, right? GAH.
I wish I had a treadmill :(

I totally feel your pain! I started jogging (although I call it running cause it doesn't conjur up images of spandex and sweatbands for me!) a few months back and it was hell at first. Although I do, in a slightly masochistic way enjoy the achy muscles and jelly legs. Probably says something about me, that...
Once you start to feel a difference, it is such good motivation! I re-ran my first (easiest) route this week cause I was getting over an illness and didn't want to push too hard and the difference was amazing! I hardly had to walk at all!
I'm not quite at the level as my friend though who did this in 4 and a half hours and was pissed because he wanted to do it in under 4! Sheer Madness!

The link you sent me doesn't work :( But I am pretty sure something that taks four and a half hours to run would just make me cry, heh.

I guess I've never looked into it seriously. I'd like to do my job for at least the next 10 years or so, but the admin makes it difficult to stay. Am currently on break, so that is nice. Medic - just in case my aspirations as the next Octavia Butler don't pan out, *g*.
Spooning - two Marines and their bomb dog huddling for warmth, since it's cold in Ramadi, apparently. Tom Ricks posted it, though it's from 2007. I gotta say, I've never seen men who weren't romantically involved spoon, but a lot of Marine training has to do with overcoming personal space barriers and it's cold, yo. It makes my heart really really happy.

It may be rough, but at least you're jogging! More than I can say. I'd be seriously sucking wind if I tried to start running again. The thought alone is enough to make me sit on the couch and eat another bag of potato chips. ;D
I think maybe they're not including the pairings because they don't want someone to not read it because of that? Maybe? Who knows. They've all been pretty awesome, though.
I'm kind of having trouble keeping my Ray's apart, though. That happens to me sometimes, too. The problem with big bang is that everyone's talking about it, but I'm impatient and want them like, yesterday. *pout*
Love the spooning picture. <3 <3 <3

You're right. It's taken me a long time to get off my arse, but I seriously do want to join the Army and they won't let me in if I don't get fit. Fascists! But I am with you on the potato chips. I eat chips for lunch so, so often. It's AWFUL (but delicious).
I think maybe they're not including the pairings because they don't want someone to not read it because of that? Well, it worked for me! I've read most of the stories posted, and they've all been great. I'll admit, I hope we get at least one Ray/Brad or Ray/Walt, but people write what they wanna write, not what I want them to write. Just wait until I rule the world, though... :D
Haha, I want my BB to be WRITTEN like, yesterday. It's getting PAINFUL.
&hearts Snuggly Marines FTW!
