that unnecessary speeding ticket put quite an unattractive dent in my bank account. by taking one of those driving improvement courses online i save 18%. i also have to pay a $35 fee to take the exam in order to save the 18%. so 18% of my $229 ticket is $188, but once i add the $35, that's $223 thus only allowing me to save $6. but at least ( Read more... )
