Haven't been sleeping well the past few days. Hopefully now that I've finished waiting for things to happen, I can sleep better again. There's a wedding in Pittsburgh this weekend, I still need to pack for it though!

Holy Heck...I just spent $9.80 on stamps to mail a box to the other coast. I don't feel quite as bad as I could have, at least the b-day gift costs triple the mailing cost... I'd have stopped mailing it if I found out that the mailing price was more than the gift itself.

I was tired all day today, yet it's now 2 am, and I feel wide awake. 'Cept I have to wake up in another 5 hours. *shakes head* Oh well.

V and her older sister showed up for the Boilermaker Jazz band tonight. I almost didn't show up, but I'm glad I did - I had a GREAT time. If I had known V's sis was showing up, it wouldn't have been a question of not showing up. She's not in town often, and we get along decently well ( Read more... )

It's past 4 am now, and I just got back from playing games the past 8 hours. It's a nice way to spend an evening, but I'm kinda sad that I don't really find the people interesting - just the games.

That was annoying. The power went out an hour into the dance. So while I actually WAS having a decent time, it was cut short. Man, this weekend sucked.

*phew* Saturday was...bad. Mentally I was trying to find someone to meet up with all day long, and failed at finding someone to hang out with. I gave up after being out of whack all day long, with the hope that the Saturday evening dance would cheer me up. Seeing how it was canceled this weekend at GE, that was kinda hard.
