Heee! Delightful. My favourite bit was, He gets halfway down the stairs and stops, spinning on his heel and taking the stairs back up two at a time.

“Mikey!” He pounds on the door, and when Mikey opens it, confused, Frank pants, “Do not use laundry soap in the dishwasher.”

Mikey frowns. “But we're out of-”

“I know, I know, I'll grab some on the way home. Just. Don't touch the dishwasher until I get back.” It's so indicative of both of their characters, the friendship they obviously have, and it's a conversation I can totally picture the two of them having.
