Question to Orlando: Tonight I experienced perceiving many selves...very much as if many lifetimes were flashing before me. I did not feel order really...and I saw each more than once or twice. Your view on reincarnation initially discombobulated me. I was a linear kind of girl before I came upon your far-out views. Though, I never much liked the idea of coming back to the hell hole of planet earth your idea of annihilation shook me up and scattered me asunder. I slammed your book Nagual Woman down and vowed I never wanted to pick it up again. Scared me so much! Doggone lonely too. However, I could not comfortably accept the notion of a subtle realm where I'd sit around all day- or bob around. Save myself? Reach escape velocity so I can forever maintain my individuality? Ha! That's a laugh. So what to do? Come back to earth and try try again. But that's only good if you can remember what your try try again is all about. Let's say I was once Mary Lincoln. I feel I have a lot in common with this woman and have read everything I can about her. I feel love for her and understand her like no one else.I have taken the tour of the Lincoln house in Springfield countless times. And have also tagged a computer page of a video tour of ( ... )

Well, I didn't actually throw the book. I laid it down and pondered uneasily.
Now I read your book without trepidation. For once I mulled things over it made so much sense. I have read all of the Casteneda books and initially had trouble with the abstractions. Believe it or not I really had no idea what the tensegrity execises were about. I did them like a crazy person. For I was one of those Carlos lovers that lived for his every word. No doubt about it I loved and still love Carlos Casteneda. Thank goodness I was so trusting. For one day because of those exercises and my childlike trust I had the most extraordinary experience. I doubt I would have had it had I been too rational about the world of Carlos-if you know what I mean.
Anyway-you are a quick study. So smart and have a mysterious wonderful energy. Where did you come from dear Della? I am glad that you are alive on this planet at the same time I am alive.

Heh - my mother used to say she found me in a cabbage patch. I think that's as good an explanation as any as to where I came from. :)

I suspect as all come from the nagual in one way or another, and spend the rest of our lives trying to get back home.
