Third Empire - A Hetalia One-Shot

I used this as an experiment in writing a slightly more serious Hetalia, while still A) trying to maintain the humor and B) Italy's childish voice being introspective at the same time, which I have never tried before. YAY! You deserve a cookie! I'm so glad someone picked up on that! I almost added a part at the end about Italy going to the Allies and saying he wanted to help them, but I just felt the story was better left off where it was. Besides, then I could see who made that connection!
