Ah, bittersweet is right. So in character for everyone. It mades me wonder though if Brian would stay in Pittsburgh, too. Not go to New York, but with all his friends against him and he not being happy, I wonder if he'd branch Kinnetic out to say, Chicago.
i cannot cope with how fucking much i love this story. I FUCKING LOVE THIS STORY. FUCKING. LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE. IT.
OMFG. brilliant. just fucking brilliant!!
at the end of reading this, that song 2 Rights Make 1 Wrong (that played at the end of 511) started playing, and i SO started bawling my fucking eyes out!!!
no guesses, but whoever wrote this ROCKS. THE END.
bwah, and perfect characterization for EVERY character you wrote in this too. like this:
Emmett raised an eyebrow. "What's he celebrating, one million customers served?"
i just...i have no words for how much i love this story!! :x:x:x

Frankly, this is what I envisioned the end to be. Bittersweet though it may be, but more believable than the engagement/wedding/manor house arc.
