3 weeks with no cigarettes of any kind. No puffs, no just holding one in my lips, nothing. And I'm doing it in a high pressure customer service job. I think it's safe to say I've got it out of my system. The coughing fits I had a week after I quit are enough to keep me from doing it again, I think...
